Helping You Find More Than a Home. Helping You Find Where You Belong.
I’m Jodi Crowley, a REALTOR®, trusted real estate advisor, and the creator of North of Boston Lifestyle.
For more than 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers throughout Woburn, Burlington, Reading, Wakefield, Winchester, and surrounding communities north of Boston navigate some of the biggest financial and personal decisions of their lives.
But for me, real estate has never been only about the transaction.
A home is where your everyday life happens. It is the neighborhood you walk through in the morning, the restaurants you return to, the parks you discover, the people you meet, and the community that eventually begins to feel like yours.
My role is to help you make a smart real estate decision while also helping you find the place that feels right for the life you want to build.

Relationships Before Transactions
One of the things clients tell me they appreciate most is that I never rush them.
I don’t believe real estate should feel like a sales process. My job is to understand what matters to you, answer your questions, help you consider the possibilities, and give you the information you need to make confident decisions.
Sometimes that means reviewing market data and discussing whether a home is priced appropriately. Sometimes it means looking beyond beautiful listing photos to understand the condition of a property, its location, and what owning it may really require. For sellers, it might mean developing a pricing and preparation strategy months before a home ever reaches the market.
And sometimes the right decision is to wait.
I believe educated clients make better decisions. Better decisions usually lead to smoother transactions and, more importantly, choices you can feel good about long after closing.
Local Knowledge That Goes Beyond Real Estate
Knowing real estate is important. Knowing the community is just as important.
That is one of the reasons I created North of Boston Lifestyle.
What began as a way to share the places and people I love has grown into a local resource for discovering communities north of Boston. I feature local restaurants and small businesses, community organizations, outdoor spaces, events, neighborhood information, and the places that make each city and town distinctive.
If you are considering a move, you can explore my North of Boston community guides to get a better feel for the area, or browse Things to Do North of Boston to see what everyday life here actually looks like.
Because choosing where to live should involve more than comparing bedrooms, bathrooms, and property taxes.
It should also be about finding a community where you can feel connected.
Helping clients discover that sense of belonging is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
Real Estate Experience You Can Rely On
Every client and every move is different.
I work with first-time buyers, homeowners moving into their next home, downsizers and rightsizers, people relocating to Massachusetts, longtime homeowners preparing to sell, and sellers navigating higher-end and luxury properties.
Regardless of the situation, my approach is the same: listen first, understand the bigger picture, explain the options clearly, and develop a strategy around your goals.
I am a REALTOR® with Lamacchia Realty, and I combine the resources of a large, experienced brokerage with the highly personal service and local knowledge my clients have come to expect from me.
You will always know where you stand, what I am seeing in the market, and what I believe you should consider before making a decision.
What Clients Say
The greatest measure of my business has never been the number of transactions I complete. It is the trust clients place in me and the relationships that continue long after a closing.
Many of my clients come from referrals and repeat business, and I am incredibly grateful for the 5-star reviews they have shared about their experiences working with me.
“We have bought and sold multiple houses in our lifetime, both in MA and other states. I can honestly say Jodi was our best real estate agent by far. She is so proactive and solution oriented… She is not pushy and certainly believes in a long-term relationship vs. just a transaction.”
— D. Hering
“Jodi Crowley is a force of nature. Her intelligence, hard work, experience, common sense, kindness and patience make buying a house an interesting and joyful journey.”
— Paul & Marie K.
“During an otherwise very difficult time in my life, Jodi was my life raft. Every step of the way, I felt I was in safe and competent hands. I have complete trust in Jodi as a person and a professional.”
— Amy F.
“Jodi always made me feel like I was her only client. 5 stars, to me, really isn’t enough to rate my experience with Jodi!!”
— Scott L.
Connected to the Communities I Serve
Community involvement has been part of my life long before I entered real estate.
Today, I serve on the Board of Directors of the Woburn Chamber of Commerce, co-lead the Chamber’s Women in Business initiative, and am a co-founder and co-leader of the Woburn Chapter of the Women’s Business League.
Those roles keep me connected to business owners, nonprofit leaders, volunteers, entrepreneurs, and residents who are actively shaping our communities.
Earlier in my career, I worked in nonprofit fundraising and membership leadership with the YMCA of Greater Boston. That experience taught me lessons that still shape the way I approach my work today: listen to people, build relationships, follow through, and show up for your community.
Those principles have stayed with me throughout my career.
Why Homeownership Matters to Me
My connection to real estate also goes back much further than my career.
One of my greatest inspirations was my grandmother.
She was a regional postmaster in rural South Dakota for more than 50 years, and she also invested in several homes in the small town where I grew up. Watching her taught me that owning property could represent more than having a place to live.
It could provide stability. Independence. Opportunity. Something meaningful to build and eventually leave behind.
I did not realize it at the time, but those lessons stayed with me.
Today, when I help someone buy their first home, sell a longtime family property, make a move that improves their quality of life, or begin building wealth through homeownership, I understand how significant that decision can be.
It is one of the reasons I take this work so personally.
Let’s Start the Conversation
You do not need to be ready to buy or sell tomorrow to reach out.
Maybe you are wondering what your current home is worth. Maybe you are trying to decide whether moving makes financial sense. Maybe you are relocating to the area and do not know which communities to explore. Or maybe buying your next home is still a year or two away.
Those are all good reasons to start a conversation.
My goal is not to rush you into a decision. It is to help you understand your options so that when the time is right, you are ready.
