Ella’s Way is an international team of children’s book authors that use unique picture books to create conversations with young children regarding diversity, disability, equity, acceptance, inclusion and kindness. Ella’s Way is an acronym for “Early Learning Leads to Acceptance,” (E.L.L.A.) and each story offers an age-appropriate, sensitive introduction to acceptance when children begin to form their first friendships. The Ella’s Way goal is to encourage young children to respect and develop broad, diverse friendships by increasing awareness of differences.
