The “Good Food” vs. “Bad Food” Mentality – Free Mini-Series

Join me as we unpack The “Good Food” vs. “Bad Food” Mentality and discover that you can break away from our societal and self-imposed food rules.
Diet culture categorizes food to be “good” or “bad” as the industry manipulates us to select their products for our nutritional needs.
This thinking, in turn, makes us believe we are “good” or “bad” based on which food we did or did not eat. We become hyper-vigilant about our eating, ashamed of making certain food choices, and distracted from our pleasure and purpose.
Join me as you take the first step towards Intuitive and Mindful Eating.
In addition, I will be sharing information about my premier program, Body Peace & Food Freedom which will kick off on September 14th.
These free workshops will be interactive, engaging, and your first step to finding Body Peace & Food Freedom through the practice of Intuitive and Mindful Eating.
Each workshop offers a non-diet approach to health and wellness to help you learn how to:
* Enjoy food without the guilt and shame
* Create consistency in your everyday eating
* Distinguish between emotional hunger and physical hunger
* Remove all the diet rules you thought to be true.
* Adopt a weight-neutral approach to health (HAES™, Health At Every Size) which will allow you to have body peace & food freedom
Stop dieting
* Be comfortable in your own body as you dismantle diet culture
* Be able to accept “me!”
* Understand that weight does not determine “good” health
* Stop the all or nothing thinking (AKA on or off a diet)
* Eliminate or reduce Emotional Eating
With time, practice, patience, and self-compassion, you will learn to listen, trust and respect your body to be happy, healthy, and confident at any size.

Lisa is a certified Intuitive Eating and Body Image Health Coach. Through Intuitive Eating, she helps women make peace with their food and body. Lisa teaches women to listen, trust, and respect their bodies to be happy, healthy, and confident at any size. At Lisa Dahl Wellness, she offers her premier program Body Peace & Food Freedom.
She has certifications in Intuitive Eating, health and wellness coaching, personal training, and group facilitation from Be Body Positive and Gratefulness.org. Lisa’s coaching philosophy is to ditch the diet and to focus on Progress, not Perfection.
