Indoor Cookout

July 3rd

Homemade BBQ sauce and grilled potato salad with vinaigrette dressing- dishes you can bring to your next cookout! Use the BBQ sauce to marinate and baste any protein you choose. The grilled potato salad is full of flavor with a grilled scallion dressing.

Quinoa w/ Tahini Sauce

Chicken Kofta Patties
