Weekly cooking classes are perfect for a fun weekend activity for yourself, your family and friends. Held on Saturdays from 1-2pm EST, they are a great way to connect virtually, have a wonderful meal and pick up some new kitchen skills.

Sign up for a single class for $30 or save and purchase a 4-pack or an 8-pack, all to be used for the Winter menu.

All pricing is on a per device basis so people cooking together in the same household is $30.

January 23rd
Red Curry w/ Turkey Meatballs

Red coconut curry turkey meatballs over rice- take a trip to Thailand with this rich sauce that gets is flavor from garlic and red curry paste and a kick of acid from lime juice. Use any ground meat you prefer.

Carrot Ginger Soup

Perfect for a cold winter day, this pureed soup gets a kick from the ginger and a crunch from the pepitas. Paired with homemade drop biscuits warm from the oven and great for dipping.

Butternut Squash Spaghetti

Garlic, shallot and roasted butternut squash are pureed into a creamy sauce to toss with pasta. Topped with parmesan cheese, black pepper and accompanied by sauteed spinach to complete the meal.

This dish has some sweet and some heat to make for a well rounded taco. Take the flavor over the top with acid from pickled cucumbers, a fresh made spicy sauce and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.

These meatballs can be made with any ground meat you prefer. Baked with ginger, garlic and scallions and tossed in a sweet hoisin sauce that you can spice up to taste. Roasted broccoli adds some freshness to the dish.
