These free workshops will be interactive, engaging, and your first step to finding Body Peace & Food Freedom through the practice of Intuitive and Mindful Eating.
Each workshop offers a non-diet approach to health and wellness to help you learn how to:

Lisa is a certified Intuitive Eating and Body Image Health Coach. Through Intuitive Eating, she helps women make peace with their food and body.
